MSC Cruises has announced a new itinerary for MSC Orchestra for this winter.

The ship will now offer 7-night voyages from 16 December 2023 to 19 April 2024 calling at Valencia, Spain; Cagliari, Sardinia; Civitavecchia for Rome, Livorno for Pisa and Florence, Italy; Marseille, France and Palma in Mallorca before returning to Valencia.

This new programme has been introduced by MSC Cruises to replace the Red Sea itineraries that had been cancelled due to the proximity of some of the ports of call to Israel and the restrictions in place in some bordering countries.

The line added that the safety of its passengers and crew is always its utmost priority and during an evolving situation, it will continue to monitor the situation and modify ship itineraries if necessary.

MSC Orchestra offers guests a range of international dining options including two main restaurants, Shanghai Oriental speciality restaurant and buffet, plus 10 bars and lounges.

The 1,200 seat Covent Garden Theatre offers full-scale, original theatre productions, and families can enjoy the comprehensive programme of activities and games on offer.

Those looking to unwind can visit the MSC Aurea Spa for a relaxing massage or treat themselves to an hour in the thermal area complete with sauna, steam room and whirlpool.

Alternatively, the R32 disco is the place to dance the night away.

Outside, the ship offers 3 pools, a minigolf, shuffleboard and a multi-use sports centre for a game of basketball, tennis or volleyball.
