Royal on the Road is a scalable concept available to UK and Ireland trade partners, giving agencies the opportunity to host a dedicated Royal Caribbean visit in their store or office.

Royal Caribbean sales experts – accompanied by a specialist trainer – will travel to the agency location to deliver tailored support designed to drive bookings and deepen product knowledge.

The team will begin the day with an in-depth training session, equipping agents with the latest product updates, selling tools and commercial insights.

Throughout the day, Royal Caribbean representatives will remain on site to meet directly with customers, host consultations and support live booking opportunities.

Future iterations will introduce a first-of-its-kind VR experience, enabling agents and customers to fully immerse themselves on board Legend of the Seas – the first Icon Class ship to sail in Europe, launching this summer.

For partners looking to maximise impact, Royal on the Road can extend into the evening, supporting in-store cruise events and customer showcases to further drive engagement and sales.

To help agencies pre-promote the opportunity effectively, Royal Caribbean will provide a full suite of marketing collateral, including print and digital invitation materials, alongside branded merchandise and experiential assets to create standout in-store moments.

The first Royal on the Road tour began on 16 February 2026, kicking off in the North of England before heading to the East Midlands and Buckinghamshire.

Senior leadership including Gerard Nolan, VP & MD EMEA; Aaron Lanford, Senior Sales Director UK & Ireland; and Nicki Lewis, Director of Sales Enablement EMEA, joined the tour to visit key travel partners.

Over several days, the team met with agencies including Now Let’s Travel, Hays Travel, Broadway Travel, TUI, Virgin Holidays, Co-op Travel and Sunlounger.

Gerard Nolan, VP & MD EMEA, Royal Caribbeansaid:

“Royal on the Road represents our commitment to being present, proactive and fully invested in our trade partnerships. When we equip agents with the right knowledge, energy and direct access to our teams, we see stronger results across the board.

“This initiative is about showing up, listening, training and ultimately helping our partners convert more Royal Caribbean bookings.”

With strong demand expected, partners are encouraged to register their interest early. Booking details for 2026 will open shortly via Club Royal, where further information will be available.
