Along the way, they’ll enjoy elegant cabins, fine dining and attentive service, with guided visits that include the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Ranthambore National Park, and the vibrant cities of Jaipur, Udaipur, Vadodara, plus the UNESCO-listed Ellora Caves.

The itinerary includes 11 excursions, five-star half-board hotel stays, and full-board rail accommodation. Prices start from £7,560pp, including an £839 saving until 13 March, with return flights from a choice of UK airports and departures between November 2026 and March 2027.

The journey begins in Delhi, followed by a scenic ride on the mountainous toy train to Shimla, before flying to the Pink City of Jaipur and heading to Ranthambore National Park for tiger-spotting safaris.

The tour continues to Agra, home to the stunning Taj Mahal and Chand Baori stepwell, before moving on to Varanasi for a cruise to discover the spiritual side of the Ganges, with a visit to Sarnath, an important Buddhist pilgrimage site, and a return to the banks of the Ganges for a traditional Aarti prayer ceremony completing the spiritual arc.
