Qantas To Resume International Flights To London In November

The Australian government has announced that international travel will be allowed to restart on a state-by-state basis from November. Scott Morrison, the prime minister, announced Australian citizens and residents would be able to travel internationally without special permission to leave or hotel quarantine to return.

Following this announcement, Qantas has announced that from November 14, the airline will be operating flights three times a week between Sydney and London Heathrow, and Sydney and Los Angeles.

Fares are currently set at £1,048 for a one-way ticket in economy class, now available for sale for Australian citizens, permanent residents and their immediate families and some visa holders.

All passengers will be required to be fully vaccinated and have a PCR test 72 hours before departure and all international visitors are still banned from travelling to Australia.
