Riviera Travel has launched a new Support Desk within its trade learning platform, Riviera Explorer, giving agents faster and easier access to the help and guidance they need across bookings, platform support incentives and general trade queries.
Live from Wednesday 13 May , the new Support Desk is designed to help agents find answers quickly and resolve common queries more independently. The feature brings together FAQs, platform guidance and direct support options in one central place.

Riviera Explorer is the ultimate one-stop shop for trade partners, offering everything from product training and downloadable agent resources to the latest news and agent incentives.
The new support desk provides a single point of access for trade support within Riviera Explorer, helping agents find answers to a wide range of queries, from bookings and customer requests to Riviera Explorer access, the Riviera Vault and wider trade support needs.
Content is structured to keep answers clear, relevant and easy to access, supporting agents and their customers at every stage of the Riviera booking journey.
How the Support Desk works:
Agents begin by selecting the Riviera product they need support with, including:
- River Cruise
- Escorted Tours
- Yacht, Ocean & Solo
From here, agents can choose a support category relevant to their query, including:
- Booking & Customer Support
- Riviera Explorer Platform Support
- Incentives, Campaigns & Agent Benefits (including the Riviera Vault)
- Trade Support Requests
- Training & Learning
- Everything Else
This guided approach ensures agents reach the most relevant information quickly, saving time and helping maintain momentum when selling Riviera to their customers.
Faster answers through smart support and AI:
For UK- based agents, the Support Desk also integrates access to RIVA, Riviera Travel’s AI-powered assistant, offering instant on-screen support within Riviera Explorer. RIVA can help with a range of agent questions, including:
- Product knowledge
- Itineraries
- Using Riviera Explorer

The Support Desk is accessible via the Support section in the main Riviera Explorer navigation, making help available whenever agents need it.
