Riviera Travel has launched Riv Rewards, a brand-new loyalty programme available exclusively for travel agents, rewarding agents for booking Riviera Travel holidays with Riv Points, exclusive benefits and access to additional incentives.

Available through Riviera Explorer, Riviera Travel’s dedicated trade platform, Riv Rewards gives agents a new way to earn and unlock rewards alongside the tools, training and resources already available through Riviera Explorer.
Agents can join Riv Rewards once they have reached Passionista level in either Riviera Travel’s River Cruise or Escorted Tour training programme. Once enrolled, agents can earn one Riv Point for every £1 of eligible commissionable revenue when they log a qualifying booking.
Qualifying bookings made from 1 October 2026 will count towards an agent’s Riv Rewards balance.
A much-loved agent favourite, The Vault is also making its return as a key part of Riv Rewards, bringing back the instant-reward experience while giving agents even more opportunities to benefit from their Riviera bookings.
Alongside The Vault, Milestones will recognise key booking achievements, including an agent’s first River Cruise, first European Escorted Tour and first Long-Haul Escorted Tour booking.
Campaign Boosters will provide further opportunities to earn additional Riv Points across selected products, launches and promotional campaigns.
Riv Rewards features four tiers: Blue, Silver, Gold and Platinum, with agents unlocking additional benefits as they progress through the programme.
Benefits available across the programme include FAM trip opportunities, personal travel discounts, dedicated trade support and a chance to win a £250 marketing support package.
Higher tiers can unlock exclusive experiences including free European River Cruises for two, invitations to Riviera Travel Awards and Ship Christening Ceremonies and dinner with Riviera Travel’s Senior Leadership Team*.
