Riviera Travel Expands ‘Riviera Explorer’ For Agents

Riviera Travel has expanded its comprehensive e-learning platform, Riviera Explorer, a ‘one-stop-shop’ of digital resources for travel agents.

In a statement, the largest UK river cruise and tour operator said that the e-learning platform and sales assets would “simplify travel agents’ work, making sales effortless”.

The comprehensive e-learning platform will give participating agents “a wide variety of resources at their fingertips to make selling cruises and tours easier than ever before”.

Just launching this week are downloadable assets that agents can use for marketing. This includes social tiles, window posters and videos.

Designed as a ‘one-stop-shop’ to help both experienced and new sellers improve their brand knowledge of Riviera Travel, key features include:

  1. Latest Riviera News and Updates: Travel agents are regularly informed of recent developments and updates from Riviera Travel.
  2. Bite-Sized Training Modules: A selection of concise mini-training sessions that showcase Riviera Travel’s range of itineraries and unique selling points across river cruises, ocean cruises, and escorted tour products, is available online.
  3. Certification: In just four to five hours, agents can complete the digital Riviera Travel training programme to become a certified Riviera Expert.



The platform has been immensely successful since its launch, with almost 2,000 agents currently using Riviera Explorer.

There is also an increased opportunity to win prizes and incentives from Riviera Travel by being part of the platform.
