Riviera Travel has unveiled enhancements and new training modules for agents on the “Riviera Explorer” e-learning platform.

This month, the cruise and tour operator is rolling out expert advice and guidance on selling Riviera Travel, including new modules on solo travel, group bookings and tour mobility to ensure trade partners have quick and easy access to the key tools and knowledge they need to sell the cruise and tour operator’s constantly evolving products with confidence.
Scheduled to go live on Thursday, June 26th, the updates were implemented as part of the award-winning company’s ongoing commitment to agent education and support as well as maintaining and nurturing strong trade relationships and brand engagement.
These new additions and enhancements include:
New ‘Why Riviera’ module and video
A newly created module featuring an engaging brand video designed to reinforce Riviera Travel’s USPs, and help agents explain the company’s value to customers with clarity and confidence.
Solo Holidays Training
An enhanced module tailored to the fast-growing solo market, featuring detailed information on Riviera’s exclusive solo holidays and selling points.
Group Bookings Module
A dedicated module explaining how group travel works at Riviera, including practical booking tips, group types, and selling advice.
Tour Mobility Overview
A new section within “Rivers & Tours” introducing mobility level classifications to help agents match the right tour to the right customer.
Internal Improvements
New user analytics export and admin dashboards have been added with AMS regional filtering / reporting for internal store performance insights, helping to improve Riviera’s internal reporting capabilities.
Completing the new modules helps agents to gain – and maintain – their Riviera Travel ‘Expert’ status, as well as increasing their chances to win incentive prizes and fam trips.
