Riviera Travel has announced the very first grand prize winner of its brand-new transformational incentive programme for travel agents, The Riviera Vault.
Running from 7 July to 10 August, the initiative has already proven to be a huge success, with over 700 agents taking part in its opening weeks.
The lucky winner is Annie Hughes from Newell’s Travel, who has secured an incredible seven-night all-inclusive cruise for two aboard Riviera’s brand-new ship, Riviera Resplendence, launching in 2026.
The prize includes flights, transfers, excursions, and all-inclusive drinks—the full works for an unforgettable experience.
The launch of the Vault has also driven significant engagement with Riviera Explorer, the operator’s online training platform, which has now surpassed 3,000 agent registrations, a fantastic milestone for the trade team.

“I actually first heard about the Vault from our Riviera key account manager Lloyd, who came into the agency for an afternoon of training. He’s fantastic and always keeps us up to speed.
“He explained the new incentive where every booking reference gets entered into a draw and at the end, someone wins a prize.
“I registered 5 or 6 bookings, and honestly I was motivated by the Vault, but we also work very closely with Riviera anyway because of their local departures, which really resonate with our customers.
“As an agency, we’ve booked 14 or 15 trips from New Quay alone – the product just flies off the shelves! I even got a lovely New Zealand booking with them last week.
“I’m absolutely stoked to have won – I’ll be taking my mum on the cruise as she loves being at sea, and we’re looking at June or July next year.
