Royal Caribbean International has re-launched its training offering with a new Learn platform, in partnership with world traveller and entrepreneur, Amar Latif who delivers the flagship module.
Agents can access the new Learn platform via Royal Caribbean’s rewards and learning App – Club Royal Plus – and revamped Club Royal desktop website.
Amar Latif also shares his own Royal Caribbean experience with agents, following his time onboard Anthem of the Seas and Wonder of the Seas.
The new Learn platform will feature three new levels.
Agents can further their understanding and learn on a wide range of subjects, from brand knowledge and product offerings to more general business skills including utilising social media.
They’ll work from ‘Learner’ status to ‘Expert’ and finally ‘Guru’, before gaining access to the coveted ‘Royal Guru’ accreditation.
Throughout the programme, the modules become more detailed and bespoke, and agents will gain access to exclusive ballots with higher prize values.
