Saga Holidays is expanding its award-winning nationwide return shared chauffeur service to include bookings made for its hotel stays, starting from 01 April 2026.

As well as expanding the number of customers who will be able to enjoy the convenience of the service, Saga is enhancing the experience by updating its fleet with 94 new hybrid Ford Tourneo Custom V710 Titanium vehicles before the end of 2025.
This investment not only ensures a more comfortable and efficient journey for guests but also aligns with and supports Saga’s wider ESG ambitions.
Saga’s chauffeur service sees customers collected from their home address and transferred to their UK departure point and returned home again at the end of their holidays.
Already included as standard in every Saga cruise and escorted tour holiday, customers travelling on one of Saga’s hotel stays from 01 April 2026 will now also benefit from the nationwide return shared chauffeur service included with their holiday as standard.
Guests will also benefit from travel insurance and additional cancellation cover*, return flights, meals and drinks as specified and the services of a Saga host for the duration of the trip.
Saga’s hotel stay holidays feature a collection of specially selected hotels across Europe, offering holidays specifically designed for people over 50.
While customers travel independently, they’re supported throughout their stay by a dedicated Saga host – on hand to organise activities, offer local insights, excursions and ensure customers get the very best from their holiday.
