Scenic Group New Trade Training Programme

Cruise company Scenic Group, which includes Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises, has made a series of investments across its trade programme to support agent partners.

The investment is also to drive sales growth ahead of peaks including a new partnership with the training scheme OTT and recruitment drive for its sales and partnership team, said the company in a statement.

Under the OTT partnership, agents will have access to a series of training modules and the opportunity to learn more about the Scenic Group brands.

This include Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises, their fleets of luxury yachts, onboard facilities, itineraries, land tours and excursions as well as new tours and itineraries for the 2025/2026 season.

The Scenic Group OTT course is now live and there are five training modules available for agents to access. Lessons are on:

  • Truly All-Inclusive Scenic River Cruises
  • Award-Winning Emerald Cruises River Cruises
  • Emerald Cruises Luxury Yacht Cruises
  • Scenic Eclipse, The World’s First Discovery Yachts
  • Scenic Eclipse Expedition Voyage

The first 50 agents to complete a training module and pass the quiz will receive a Scenic or Emerald Cruises branded backpack.

The launch of the new training course comes as the sales and partnership team also announces it is expanding the team across three new roles.

The company is currently recruiting for a new sales manager, key account manager and senior charter operations executive to drive sales growth and support product development.
