The following are the latest happenings and updates across The Bahamas this September.

Key highlights include:

Celebration Key by Carnival Cruise Line

The cruise line’s new and exclusive destination in The Bahamas is Celebration Key, the first port destination exclusively designed for guests of Carnival Cruise Line.

Itineraries will be open to book in late September. The destination will offer a uniquely Bahamian experience with modern features and amenities, including a one-mile stretch of white-sand beach, as well as Bahamian-operated retail, food and beverage options.

Steak Night at Bahama Beach Club

Taking place every Friday night in September at Bahama Beach Club on Treasure Cay in The Abacos from 6.30pm to 10pm.

Guests can enjoy a candlelight steak dinner with live entertainment at the resort’s seaside restaurant, The Pavilion.

The Second Annual Dragon Boat Race

The second annual Bahamas Dragon Boat Festival at Goodman’s Bay Beach will be held in Nassau from 30 September to 1 October 2023. Guests are welcome to come and join in the festivities.

Weekly Governors Harbour Fish Fry

Guests can head to central Eleuthera every Friday night from 6om to 11pm for the Governors Harbour Fish Fry.

Visitors can join locals for entertainment and popular Bahamian dishes, including Jack and Snapper fish, pork chops with peas and rice, and more.
