This festive season, Silversea’s guests will explore Australia and New Zealand on an 18-day voyage that highlights the region’s natural beauty and coastal charm. Departing Auckland, the journey begins with opportunities to explore New Zealand’s vibrant cities, rugged rivers, and majestic mountains, with celebrations of Christmas and New Year aboard Silver Moon.
The itinerary includes calls in Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound; an overnight exploration of Hobart, Tasmania; as well as an overnight call in Sydney.
King George Island to Puerto Williams (Antarctica Fly Cruise) – December 21st, 2025 – January 5th, 2026
This expedition on board Silver Cloud offers a compelling exploration of Antarctica, South Georgia, and the Falkland Islands. Participants will have the opportunity to observe diverse wildlife, including various species of penguins, seals, dolphins, and albatrosses.
The journey begins with a direct flight to King George Island, leading to the awe-inspiring Antarctic Peninsula, renowned for its towering icebergs and abundant whale activity. Travellers will then navigate through Antarctic Sound before reaching South Georgia.
Following two days at sea, the itinerary continues to the Falkland Islands, culminating in an arrival at Puerto Williams.
