Princess Cruises’ Sky Princess will feature on the first two episodes of the new series of Channel 5’s Cruising with Jane McDonald.
The new series beginning on Sunday 9th May will see the luxury cruise line explore the Caribbean on a 14-night Cruise.
Sailing from Fort Lauderdale in Florida and heading toward the private island of Princess Cays, then the Virgin Isles and St Thomas, ending on the island of St. Martin.
Viewers will see Jane use the cruise line’s innovative OceanMedallion, the wearable device which has replaced the traditional cruise card.
Tony Roberts, Princess Cruises UK and Europe vice-president, said: “As our homeport ship, we are excited for viewers to join Jane as she discovers what it’s like to sail on the beautiful Sky Princess.”
“Viewers can also look forward to seeing the OceanMedallion in action, whilst also enjoying some escapism as they follow Jane’s relaxing cruise around the Caribbean.”
The Sky Princess is scheduled to be homeported in Southampton and making her UK debut this summer.
We look forward to seeing the luxury cruise line making its TV debut and what guests could possibly experience over the summer.
