Specialist tall-ship sailing company, Star Clippers has launched a Rail, Sip & Sail package alongside their 2022 French Riviera & Corsica sailings onboard luxury sailing ship, Star Clipper.
Travelling from London by Eurostar, guests can experience a 2-night pre-cruise stay in Bordeaux – incorporating a wine tour in Médoc vineyards – followed by a night in Cannes prior to boarding the 166-capacity tall-ship for 7 nights.
Highlights of the sailing itinerary include St Tropez, Corsica and Portofino.

Star Clippers – represented in the UK by Fred Olsen Travel – operates three of the world’s largest and tallest fully-crewed sailing vessels.
The ships can drop anchor in smaller harbours and visit ports often untouched by larger cruise ships and provide guests with the amenities and atmosphere of a private yacht.
High standards of service are provided by an attentive crew and all three ships have expansive teak decks, swimming pools, informal dining, a convivial Tropical Bar on deck and a comfortable piano bar and are large enough to offer first-class accommodation and dining.
