Symphony of the Seas: 5 Cruise Restaurants To WOW Your Customers
When it comes to dining onboard Symphony of the Seas, your customers will have plenty to look forward to – whether they are looking to indulge in exquisite fine dining, gourmet flavours from around the world, laidback bites or sweet desserts, there are endless ways that they can please their palate onboard!
Symphony offers a total of 21 dining outlets comprising restaurants, cafes and snack bars – 10 are specialty restaurants available at additional costs and 11 are complimentary. We have picked out our top 5 favourites to get your customers excited and to try them for themselves! Take a look:
Wonderland
The most talked-about restaurant on the ship, Wonderland is an imaginative dining adventure in an Alice in Wonderland-inspired setting! Your customers can look forward to a completely immersive experience that encompasses all the senses.
Seated with an easel, a blank menu and a paintbrush, guests will “paint” their menu with water to uncover the unconventional dining options that are divided up into five elements: sun, sea, ice, earth and fire. Each dish is presented with beautiful plating, setting the stage for an array of wonderful flavours that are about to be savoured.
The six-course dinner menu encourages guests to expand their culinary boundaries from their small-plate experience. There are smoky flavours from the fire section, chilled and refreshing dishes from the ice section, and the heartiest options in the Sea and Earth sections.
Open for dinner only. Not included in the cruise fare. Reservations recommended.
Hooked Seafood℠
Fresh fish, decadent oysters, succulent prawns, juicy lobsters and the plumpest crab, Hooked Seafood is the place to be for seafood lovers!
Your customers can indulge in all their favourite coastal flavours, like crispy golden Maryland crab cakes, melt-in-your-mouth Maine Lobster Rolls or just-shucked oysters and other raw bar favourites. Other must-tries include Messy Fish Sandwich and New England-style Clam and Crab Chowder and the Drunken Mussels.
Surf and turf with chicken and steak are also available for those who don’t particularly enjoy fish and seafood!
Open for lunch and dinner. Not included in the cruise fare.
Chops Grille℠
A classic American steakhouse serving quality hand-cut steaks with a fresh twist!
Featuring a revamped menu with a contemporary flair to traditional steakhouse offerings, the Chefs at Chops Grille recommend starting with the charred Beef Carpaccio, sliced thin and served rare with fresh arugula, Parmesan cheese, and truffle mustard dressing.
Other must-tries include the 9-ounce tender fillet or the 6-ounce petite fillet. Also on the menu are the juiciest filet mignon, New York striploin, roasted organic chicken, dry-aged beef burgers and more.
Seafood lovers can upgrade their menu with one of the restaurant’s chilled seafood towers – each comes with jumbo shrimp, green-lipped mussels, clams, Jonah crab claws, and Maine lobster.
For dessert, guests can order a refreshing slice of tart key lime meringue pie or classic New York cheesecake, served with raspberries and lemon confit.
Open for dinner and lunch on sea days only. Not included in the cruise fare. Reservations recommended.
Izumi
Serving tantalizing flavours of the Far East! Your guests can enjoy an exotic Asian-inspired meal and savour izakaya-style appetizers and rolls that range from classic to imaginative. A four-course meal at Izumi includes one starter, two mains and one dessert.
There is also a wide range of sushi, sashimi and maki, and for those who don’t enjoy raw dining, there is a selection of hot plates to choose from – seafood, chicken, beef and vegetables are grilled to perfection and served with a side of sauces. Teriyaki-style cooking and ramen are also available.
A classic Japanese favourite, the Yaki Udon is a must-try; a delicious, hot plate of thick, stir-fried Japanese noodles topped with tender grilled chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu.
Open for dinner and lunch on sea days only. Not included in the cruise fare. Kids Menu available.
Windjammer

No matter what kind of dish your customers are in the mood for, they’ll find something tasty and satisfying such as just-pressed paninis packed with all their favourite meats and cheeses, flaky pastries fresh from the oven, piping hot pizza and pasta, eggs any style, salads and soups and so much more.
The crispy buttermilk fried chicken and Vietnamese braised Ho Chi Minh pork are popular crowd favourites alongside famous Indian-style roti, Italian classics, Caribbean-style curries and French favourites.
