Thailand To Drop All Border Restrictions From 1 July

Thailand is removing almost all of its Covid-19 border restrictions.

International travellers entering Thailand from 1 July will no longer need the “Thailand Pass” or a US$10,000 health insurance.

To enter the country, travellers will only need to show proof of vaccination, digital or printed.

Unvaccinated travellers will only need proof of a negative PCR test, or a professionally administered rapid test taken within 72 hours of arrival.

Wearing a mask outdoors is also no longer required.

To support the country’s reopening, Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas has launched the ‘Time for Thailand’ travel campaign.

From street food vendors and spa therapists to Tuk Tuk drivers, the people of Thailand are sending a clear message to guests across the globe that they are ready to welcome them back.
