Hello there, welcome to the Travel Pursuit Weekly Cruise Update!

Royal Caribbean International has launched ‘Club Royal Plus’ – a new application for travel agents in the UK and Ireland.

The app, which links with the existing Club Royal UK and Ireland trade platform, is designed to “make agents’ lives easier, equipping them with everything they need to sell Royal Caribbean holidays.”

Meanwhile, French cruise line Ponant has announced its 2023 sailings in collaboration with Smithsonian Journeys – the travel program of the Smithsonian Institution.

The sailings will feature notable experts and experiences that embrace local cultures and dive deeper into a destination’s history, cuisine, language, environment, and wildlife.

Oceania Cruises has set a new single-day booking record.

Oceania Cruises’ 2024 Around the World in 180 Days voyage aboard Insignia has sold out within 30 minutes of opening for sale on 2 March, said the cruise line in a statement.

And finally, Viking has released new architectural photos that detail the award-winning interior design of Viking Octantis as well as a new 360-degree Ship Tour that provides a deck-by-deck virtual onboard experience.
