Seven countries have been added to the governments’ green list including:
- Canada
- The Azores
- Denmark
- Finland
- Liechtenstein
- Lithuania
- Switzerland
Whilst Thailand and Montenegro will join the red list.
These changes will come into effect from 4 am on Monday 30th August. There have been no changes to the amber list.
Arrivals into the UK from Thailand and Montenegro from Monday will need to isolate for 10 days in a managed quarantine facility and follow the necessary testing requirements.
