Travelsphere has introduced a FREE UK Airport Lounge Pass for all holidays to USA & Canada departing in 2024 for bookings between 14th October – 30th November 2023.
The free lounge pass is subject to availability and is applicable to each traveler on the booking for use at a mainland UK airport lounge.
The location of the lounge will be determined by the UK departure airport.
Terms & Conditions include:
- Access to the lounge cannot be guaranteed in peak season and use of the lounge will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service provider.
- If a lounge is not available due to demand or closed prior to the outbound flight departure, no refund, alternative service or credit will be given.
- Timings of access will be determined by Travelsphere.
- To qualify, your customer’s booking to North America must be confirmed between 14th October – 30th November 2023 inclusive.
- This offer applies to new bookings only and is subject to availability on selected departures only.
- This offer can be combined with other offers available at the time of booking.
- There is no cash alternative and should you choose not to use the lounge a refund will not be available.
- If Travelsphere is forced to cancel your customer’s trip and transfer them to an alternative date, the lounge pass will not carry forward to their new holiday. Your customers will be able to take advantage of any in-market offers available at the time.
- Travelsphere reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
