Hilton London Wembley has introduced new initiatives for young guests to ensure that they enjoy their stay as much as their parents do.
Central to their experience is Noli – the hotel’s lion mascot and a tribute to the English Lionesses and the Three Lions’ men’s senior football team, who have stayed at Hilton London Wembley many times.
Children checking in with their families will be given a Noli treasure map and invited to embark on an exploration in search of various pictures of the lion scattered around the hotel with a mission to capture photos alongside the mascot. Once done, an exciting surprise will await them at reception.
Those especially fond of Noli will have the opportunity to purchase their own Noli plushie as a fond memory.
The toy is on sale in the hotel at a cost of £25, with a £5 donation from each soft toy sold going to the WWF-UK, a wildlife charity which works to protect the world’s most vulnerable species.
The family experience also extends into dining, where youngsters will receive placemats on which they can colour Noli, as well as solve a range of puzzles.
Children up to 18 years old stay free (with existing bedding) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room only rate.
Those aged 12 and under enjoy complimentary breakfast from the hotel’s buffet. Interconnecting family rooms are also available.
Meredith Bevan, Area General Manager – Sports, Hilton, said: “We pride ourselves on the fact we are a family friendly hotel and we want our younger guests to enjoy their stay as much as the adults do.
“From the moment they arrive, Noli will be there to welcome them and he will be the inspiration for fun and games throughout their time with us.”
