Tui has cancelled trips to 9 destinations until 27th June due to the ‘ongoing uncertainty’ over travel rules.
Countries affected are:
Mexico, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Egypt, Cape Verde, Morocco, Tunisia, Bulgaria and Turkey.
Under the government’s traffic light system, only UK or Irish nationals and residents will be allowed to arrive from red list countries, and they have to quarantine in a hotel.
Tui is still operating trips to some amber list destinations, guided by this advice.
“Due to ongoing uncertainty, we have unfortunately had to cancel all holidays to the following Red and Amber destinations up to and including June 27: Mexico, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Turkey, Egypt, Cape Verde, Morocco, Tunisia and Bulgaria.”
