TUI UK&I has launched its new trade-focused platform, ‘TUITradeHub’, which is a user-friendly hub designed by the TUI trade teams.
The hub will provide vital information to trade partners to support them in making those all-important bookings.
It will boost their knowledge of the products and brands provided by TUI including beach, weddings, long-haul holidays, assisted travel and TUI UK’s ocean cruise line, Marella Cruises.
The hub has two eLearning sections dedicated to TUI and Marella Cruises. The TUI easy-to-digest eLearning hub will cover sections such as:

Marella Cruises eLearning modules cover sections such as:

Also included are onboard experiences, cabins, destinations overview, extras including the spa, dining options, premium all-inclusive, wifi, pre-booked cabins and others) and downloadable assets for trade partners’ own channels.
The TUITradeHub is accessible to all trade agents who are connected to TUI. 15,813 agents have already attended some form of TUI and Marella Cruises training in FY23/24, either via face-to-face or virtual training.
