TUI’s winter 2024 holidays is now on sale. Guests can choose from “thousands” of resorts in more than 40 destinations, with flights taking off from 22 regional airports.
The tour operator has also introduced an Egyptian river cruise in Marsa Alam onboard a five-star luxury river cruise ship.
To get there, guests can take advantage of the UK’s only direct flights to Luxor from London Gatwick and Manchester with TUI on Thursdays from 7 November 2024 – 24 April 2025.
The itinerary will take in some of Egypt’s most famous ancient sights sailing between Luxor and Aswan with Egyptologists onboard for expert insights.
Whilst those who prefer to stay on dry land can select from a range of iconic hotels all perfectly positioned on the banks of the River Nile and most within walking distance of Luxor city centre.
Top picks include the Hilton Luxor with its infinity pool and views out across the Nile and the Jolie Ville Kings Island Resort with its unique island location.
TUI has added more capacity further south in the Red Sea this summer, with a wide range of hotels and experiences included.
Excellent value 3*-5* resorts with guaranteed sun are on offer in Sharm El Sheik, Hurghada and Marsa Alam, with TUI flights remaining the only direct way to get to this laid-back gem on the Sinai Peninsula.
Following a successful first winter in 2023, the gently intrepid, no jet-lag West African destination of Senegal is also back with exclusive weekly direct flights from London Gatwick beginning 7 October 2024.
