TUI has partnered with Premier Travel to host their inaugural managers’ conference onboard Marella Explorer 2, sailing from Tenerife to Gran Canaria and Lanzarote in November.

The two-night event combined professional development with the unique Marella cruise experience. Delegates enjoyed a full day of conference sessions, featuring three expert-led presentations from TUI, Marella Cruises, and TUI Musement, alongside a guided ship tour.
Beyond the business agenda, attendees immersed themselves in Marella’s signature hospitality, from the lively Sailaway Party on deck to the elegant Dress to Impress night, a spectacular theatre show and late-night celebrations in the disco.
