Luxury tour operator, the Unforgettable Travel Group, has announced a dedicated trade team headed up by Pietro Molica Lazzaro. A new travel agent portal is also currently in the works.
The London-based company owns and operates the Unforgettable Travel Company, Cruise Croatia, Unforgettable Croatia and Unforgettable Greece.
Pietro has been promoted to Partnerships Manager, having been with the company for four years, most recently acting as Senior European Travel Specialist.
Prior to joining Unforgettable, he worked at Sardatur Holidays and Tastes of Italy.
Pietro reports to Graham Carter, Co-Founder and Commercial Director, and will be responsible for growing the Partnerships Team and taking the lead on the new agent portal.
Agents will have access to exclusive offers, social media and digital marketing assets, alongside opportunities to register for familiarisation trips.
The announcement coincides with the Unforgettable Group’s 2024 programme launch, which sees a 35% increase in capacity vs 2023.
Graham Carter said: “Our travel trade revenue now accounts for £3.6m of the group’s turnover, and we’re seeing double-digit monthly growth from our agent partners.
“There’s been a huge increase in consumer demand for small-ship cruising, so we know this investment into a trade-specific team and agent resources will be worthwhile.”

“The new portal will give agents all the tools they need to understand and promote our brands and will also allow 60 agents to register for our amazing fam trip programme.
