Universal Orlando Resort’s Halloween Horror Nights 2026 is now underway at Universal Studios Florida, celebrating its 35th anniversary with 10 haunted houses, chilling scare zones and street experiences, themed food and drinks, exclusive merchandise, immersive shopping and more.

Guests can experience the terror across 49 select nights through 1 November. What began as a three-night event with one haunted house called “Fright Nights” in 1991 has become Halloween Horror Nights, the World’s Premier Halloween Event.
This year’s Infernal Carnival of Nightmares is overseen by Halloween Horror Nights icons Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow, bringing together major horror franchises, original stories and returning characters.
10 New Haunted Houses
Guests can enter:
- Stranger Things 5 – experience the final season as Hawkins faces an ominous supernatural darkness.
- Sinners – enter Club Juke as vampires crash the opening night and turn celebration into a fight for survival.
- Hellraiser – enter the world of the Cenobites and iconic horror figure Pinhead.
- Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness – climb aboard the Crazy Train and enter the legendary rock star’s disturbing world.
- Evil Dead Burn – encounter ferocious Deadites and the evil forces of the franchise.
- Jack & Oddfellow: Chaos & Control – witness the rivalry between Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow as chaos and control collide.
- INVASION: Alien Abduction – encounter an unseen alien craft that has abducted a family and its livestock.
- H.R. Bloodengutz Presents: A Halloween Fright-Tacular! – join the fan-favourite creature-feature host for a gruesome final Halloween special.
- MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals – enter a post-apocalyptic wasteland where humans fight to survive.
- Cybergoria – discover a cold, dead world where machines harvesting human flesh have replaced human bodies with synthetic parts.
Four New Scare Zones
The terror spills into the streets with:
- Downtown Clowntown – a clown takeover featuring Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Art the Clown, Chance and Eddie Schmidt.
- Fortnitemares – enter Freaky Fields and encounter the Battle Bus and familiar Fortnitemares characters.
- Infernal Carnival of Nightmares – Jack and Dr. Oddfellow unleash returning icons including The Usher and The Storyteller.
- Sideshow of Decay – Cindy Caine and Dr. Oddfellow resurrect nightmares from the past.
Other street experiences include Mel’s Die-In: Zombies, Club Horror, Chainsaw Hordes and, for the first time, a creepy meet-and-greet with HamiKuma inside Five & Dime.
Two New Live Shows
Stranger Things: Return to Hawkins is an all-new nighttime lagoon show celebrating the series’ 10th anniversary, featuring scenes from the show on towering water screens, dynamic lighting and immersive audio with iconic music.
Nightmare Fuel: Blood Noir takes guests into a vampire-ridden metropolis through music and death-defying stunts.
Food, Shopping and More
Guests can explore this year’s Halloween Horror Nights Tribute Store, transformed into the eerie Sideshow Obscura, and shop exclusive merchandise.
More than 50 themed food and drink options are available, including Upside Down Chicken & Waffles, Pinhead’s Skin & Meatballs and Annie’s Juke Joint Catfish & Grits, alongside returning favourites.
The Horror Continues Beyond the Park
The Halloween Horror Nights atmosphere extends across Universal Orlando Resort.
Select hotels feature highly themed lounges and all hotels offer speciality cocktail menus, with selected properties also serving late-night bites.
At Universal CityWalk, Dead Coconut Club becomes a Harvest Festival, offering spooky drinks, light bites and interactive experiences.
