Trade-only tour operator USAirtours has launched a new online platform, enabling travel agents to search, quote and book holidays.

The platform, USAirtours Online Look & Book, is designed to make the booking process ‘faster and more flexible’, with features including price drop notifications, adjustable commission, interactive hotel maps and instant access to booking documents. Agents can access the platform via desktop, mobile or tablet.
The system currently offers single-destination holidays across the USA, Canada, Caribbean and Mexico, with flights, hotels, car hire, transfers and attraction tickets available to book.
Additional functionality will be introduced in November 2026, including multi-destination holidays and global single-stop bookings, followed by cruise and stay packages via sister brand Beyond Cruising in January 2027.
AGENT INCENTIVE
To mark the launch, USAirtours is offering double Cashcard rewards, allowing agents to earn up to £600 for every online booking made before December 31, 2026.
Cashcard is the operator’s reward scheme that pays agents the same day and is tax free. Agents can also secure holidays with a fixed £99 deposit when booking through the platform.
Jaymin Patel, Chief Revenue Officer at USAirtours, said: “We know how important it is for agents to be able to work quickly and efficiently, whether they’re in branch or working from home. Our new platform gives them greater flexibility and control over the booking process, making it easier to find the right holiday for their customers.
“We’re continuing to invest in the tools and support our trade partners need to grow their businesses. With more products and functionality on the way, alongside double Cashcard rewards for the rest of the year, there’s never been a better time for agents to start booking online with us.”
Travel agents can register for the platform here.
