A brand new Your Co-op Travel branch has opened its doors in Lydney.
The new Lydney branch will be open six days a week from 9.00am to 5.00pm from Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 9.30am-5.00pm on Tuesdays and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays.
The branch will also feature a new interactive map and digital screens to inspire customers to book their next adventure.
The new Lydney branch, which has relocated from its previous site on Newerne Street, will continue to provide opportunity and support for local causes through the Your Co-op Travel Community Fund, which offers £500 grants to help fund local projects that will make a real difference to the community.
This year’s local charity and community partners include Gloucestershire Young Carers, Gloucestershire Deaf Association and Forest Pulse.
Your Co-op Travel has worked with Gloucestershire Young Carers, raising more than £30k to help fund their vital work in supporting over 1,000 young people who care for family members who are ill or disabled.
Forest Pulse charity provide out-of-school support and activities for children and young people with disabilities.
Gloucestershire Deaf Association aims to provide vital practical and emotional support to children, young people and adults living in Gloucestershire who are deaf or hard of hearing.
The team will continue to be led by Leah Creed and her team of experienced travel experts.
Customers can choose from a range of holidays available from all-inclusive cruise, a safari experience, a city break packed with historic architecture, or a sustainable eco-break interacting with local cooperatives.
Your Co-op Travel is partnered with over 300 tour operators and the branch team are dedicated to finding the perfect holiday to suit the Lydney community’s needs.

Holidaymakers also have the option to add airport car-parking, car hire, travel insurance and all major types of currency to their booking to make the process as smooth as possible.

For every passenger that travels with Your Co-op Holiday, £1 is donated to its charity partner, Go Beyond, and its sustainability partner, Ecologi.
Ecologi operates Gold Standard or Verified Carbon Standard carbon reduction projects across the world, including reforestation, with a tree planted for every passenger that travels on a Co-op Holiday.
Your Co-op Travel is part of The Midcounties Co-operative, which is one of the largest independent UK co-operatives and is fully owned by its members.
Customers at the new branch will have the option to become a member of the Society, giving them access to exclusive deals as well as special offers from across the You Co-op group of businesses.
