Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will return to Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort on selected nights from 8 November to 22 December 2026.

The separately ticketed event will feature festive entertainment, Christmas-themed versions of popular attractions, character appearances and complimentary seasonal treats.
Travel agents can recommend the event to clients visiting Walt Disney World during the festive season. Guests can enter Magic Kingdom from 4pm on the date of their ticket, three hours before the party officially begins at 7pm.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Dates
The 2026 event will take place on the following dates:
November
- 8, 9, 12, 13, 15 and 17 November
- 19, 20, 24, 25, 27 and 29 November
December
- 1, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10 December
- 11, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20 and 22 December
Guests can enter Magic Kingdom from 4 pm, although the event officially begins at 7 pm. This gives visitors an additional three hours to enjoy the park before the party starts.
When Do Tickets Go on Sale?
Tickets for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will go on sale on 9 July for guests staying at selected Walt Disney World Resort hotels.
Early access will also apply to guests staying at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels and Shades of Green.
Tickets will go on general sale to all other guests from 16 July. Special prices will be available for Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members.
Christmas Character Greetings
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will offer exclusive opportunities to meet Disney characters throughout the event.
At Princess Fairytale Hall, guests can meet Anna and Elsa. At Town Square Theatre, guests can meet Jack Skellington as Santa and Sally and Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in their festive outfits.
Meet Santa at Santa’s Christmas Carnival
Guests can meet Santa and share their Christmas wish lists at Santa’s Christmas Carnival.
The experience will take place at Storybook Circus, near Dumbo the Flying Elephant and The Barnstormer. Its location makes it a convenient stop for families with young children.
Alongside meeting Santa, guests can participate in crafts and meet other characters filled with Christmas cheer.
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Parade
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Parade will return with Disney characters, dancing gingerbread men and marching toy soldiers.
The festive parade will also feature ballroom dancers, upbeat Christmas music and seasonal scents.
Guests can see Disney characters dressed in their festive outfits before Santa Claus makes a special appearance. He will conclude the parade by wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
The parade travels from Frontierland to Main Street, U.S.A. Guests will therefore find several viewing locations throughout the park.
Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks
Hosted by Minnie Mouse, Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks will combine Christmas music with pyrotechnics, castle projections and lighting effects.
The soundtrack will include festive favourites such as “Deck the Halls” and “We Wish You a Merry Christmas”.
During the show, vibrant Christmas scenes will transform Cinderella Castle into a wrapped present. Disney will synchronise the projections with the music and fireworks.
Guests can gather in front of Cinderella Castle for a close view of the projections. Alternatively, they can watch the fireworks from several locations around Magic Kingdom. Viewing areas will include Liberty Square, Fantasyland and Tomorrowland.
Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Parties will also return. These separately priced experiences will include a selection of treats and special views of the fireworks.

Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration
Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration will take place on the Cinderella Castle stage.
The energetic performance will feature a medley of festive music, live performers and popular Disney characters.
Appearances will include Clarabelle Cow, Daisy Duck and Woody from Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story films. Together, the characters and performers will celebrate the happiest season of the year.
Frozen Holiday Surprise and Dance Parties
Guests can celebrate the festive season with Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff and the snowgies during Frozen Holiday Surprise.
The show will transform Cinderella Castle into a frozen wonderland.
Dance parties will also take place at different locations throughout Magic Kingdom. Guests can dance with festive characters and event DJs during the evening.
Christmas Versions of Popular Attractions
Several Magic Kingdom attractions will receive special Christmas-themed makeovers during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
These will include:
- Space Mountain
- Tomorrowland Speedway
- Mad Tea Party
- Jungle Cruise
- Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor
A selection of classic attractions will also remain open during the party, including:
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
- Haunted Mansion
- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
- Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin
- And more
Exclusive Christmas Merchandise
Guests attending Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will be able to purchase exclusive merchandise at the Emporium.
Disney will reveal further information about the event’s festive clothing and other merchandise at a later date.
Complimentary Christmas Treats
Guests can collect a selection of cookies, festive drinks and other treats at selected locations throughout Magic Kingdom.
Disney includes these treats in the price of the event ticket. Guests can enjoy them while exploring the park’s seasonal displays and entertainment.
Treat locations will appear on the holiday party maps available at the entrance to Magic Kingdom. Guests can also find the locations through the My Disney Experience app.
