Qatar Tourism has launched a new, interactive online training course.
The Qatar Specialist Programme is designed especially for travel agents to enhance their knowledge of Qatar’s diverse product offering.
The programme will also provide a recognised qualification for its global travel trade partners.
Using the latest technologies in digital learning, the programme replaces the current Tawash programme and supports Qatar’s mission to become a leader in Service Excellence.
Available in 11 languages, it contains all the tools that travel agents would need to promote and sell Qatar internationally and effectively.
Several modules focuses on a particular aspect of Qatar’s tourism offering. Travel agents will enjoy the flexibility and freedom to complete each module at their own space.
Features also include interactive maps and knowledge check quizzes.

The programme also covers Qatar’s history, heritage, attractions and experiences.
