The Dorchester has announced the return of The Dorchester Rooftop with the 2023 pop-up inspired by a secret English garden.
The new venue will serve a brunch-style sharing menu crafted by culinary director Martyn Nail with views across Hyde Park and Central London.
Also available are refreshing drinks infused with herbs and botanicals such as the ‘Endless Summer’ and the ‘Prairie Breeze’.
The summer-inspired menu features highlights including caviar, oysters and fruit de mer, with larger plates including grilled Cornish lobster fregola, côte de boeuf and truffle risotto.
Delicious desserts such as summer berry cheesecake and The Dorchester signature 68% chocolate parfait complete the rooftop experience.
Nibbles to accompany the cocktail menu include tempura prawns with ponzu mayonnaise, rooftop sliders and truffle eclairs.
The garden deck will “transport guests to an idyllic oasis in the heart of Mayfair” with herb gardens, foliage-covered decking, flowerpots and fairy lights.
The restaurant and bar will be open Thursday through Saturday for lunch and dinner and lunch on Sunday, with acoustic music and ambient nature sounds.
Tables will be available for up to six guests and, in anticipation of the unpredictable British weather, terrace umbrellas, heaters and blankets will be available.
The Dorchester Rooftop will be open from Thursday, June 29 until September 3, 2023. Reservations only and with a minimum spend of £60 per person. Discover more about The Dorchester Rooftop here:
