Riviera Travel has upgraded its website. As well as a new, modern look, the new website is “faster and easier to use” when researching or booking a holiday.
The company has “vastly” improved the mobile experience, too.
When looking at a holiday on the new site, users will no longer have to go to separate pages to view the hotel, ship or other additional information.
On the new website, agents and holidaymakers can now “Read more” to see all the information they need without leaving the holiday page.
According to Riviera Travel, the booking process is also much more user-friendly, with an improved layout and fewer steps from start to finish.
An improved “My Account” area lets users update their details, add passenger information, view their upcoming and previous holidays, and pay any balance left on their holiday.
