To receive a voucher, bookings must be made before 30 September, 2024, for stays starting between 23 November, 2024 and 4 January, 2025.
Guests will receive a £1,000 voucher when they spend between £15,000 and £24,999; or £2,000 when spending over £25,000.

- Valid for bookings made between 29 July and 30 September, 2024
- Valid for stays starting between 23 November, 2024, and 4 January, 2025
- The voucher value is based on the following spend:
- £15,000 – £24,999.99 spend to receive a £1,000 voucher for the next booking
- £25,000+ spend to receive a £2,000 voucher for the next booking
- Guests must quote the promotion code FESTIVE24 to the Travel Advisor at the time of booking to receive the offer. This promotion code cannot be retrospectively added to a booking after confirmation
- The voucher value will be applied in other currencies
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
- For direct bookings only; offer not eligible for bookings made via OTAs or Partners
Second Booking – to redeem the voucher:
- The voucher can be redeemed in any onefinestay destination globally
- There is no minimum spend to reach to redeem the voucher, but the voucher can only be used against one single booking and cannot be split or used across different bookings
- Voucher booking must be made before 30 June, 2025, for stays starting before 31 January, 2026
- Voucher is applicable on accommodation fare only. Cannot be used on concierge or additional services
- Must quote first booking reference in order to use the voucher
- Cannot be exchanged or transferred
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
- Valid for bookings made directly with onefinestay only; this offer is not eligible for bookings made via OTAs or Partners
Cancellation Policy
