Kuoni’s brand-new trade platform, Kuoni Connect, has officially gone live, marking a major milestone in how the brand supports and collaborates with the trade.

Following its announcement just two weeks ago, the platform has already seen more than 1,500 trade partners pre-register, demonstrating strong engagement and excitement across the travel community.
Now live, Kuoni Connect gives partners full access to explore its features, discover training resources, and take advantage of tools designed to make working with Kuoni easier than ever.
The platform brings together learning, offers, marketing content, news and booking tools – all in one intuitive hub built around personalisation and connection.
Trade partners are encouraged to complete the beginner online training modules within the Learning Lounge to become a Kuoni Insider – the first step towards expert status.
All those who complete the training by 21 December 2025 will be entered into a prize draw to win a RingConn Gen 2 smart ring, a premium wearable device that tracks sleep, stress, vitals and activity. Five smart rings will be given away in total, with one winner announced each week until 21 December.
With Peaks fast approaching, Kuoni Connect launches at the perfect time to ensure trade partners have all the tools, resources, and support they need in the lead-up to and throughout this busy period.
The platform makes it simple for trade partners to learn about the Kuoni brand, build confidence, and create their own sales and promotional materials, while providing quick access to the latest offers and on-hand support.
Select trade partners have already been testing the platform’s new Kuramathi Maldives AI sales coach, Kora, and early feedback has been very positive.
