Seamlessly integrated into Riviera Explorer, RIVA AI provides agents with instant access to Riviera knowledge, content and support at the moments it matters most.
Since going live in November last year, over 1,000 agents are actively using RIVA AI – a number that continues to grow daily – with thousands of questions already asked across a wide range of topics.
Agents are using RIVA AI to support itinerary deep dives, destination insights, ship and hotel information, mobility queries and the creation of relevant social content to support live customer conversations.
Travel agent behaviour shows that Riva AI is most frequently used at the point of sale, where confidence, reassurance and clear positioning directly influence conversion.
By providing instant, accurate answers in real time, Riva AI supports agents during live customer interactions, helping them sell with greater confidence and clarity.
RIVA AI has proven especially valuable for agents during busy trading periods, giving agents fast, reliable support when time is limited and customer demand is high.
The volume and variety of questions asked highlights how quickly RIVA AI has become embedded in agents’ day‑to‑day selling workflow.
