Built in partnership with Agent Intelligence, an AI-powered training platform, the new Sandals and Beaches Resorts online training programme features bite-sized interactive modules, covering everything from brand knowledge to resort inclusions to island destinations.
A dedicated ‘What’s New’ module is also regularly updated with the latest product news, ensuring agents are always kept up to speed. Designed to be flexible, agents can complete the training programme at their own pace.
Each module has access to a ‘guru’ chatbot for instant support, and ends with a knowledge quiz, ensuring a user-friendly experience from start to finish.

AGENT INCENTIVE
An agent incentive scheme is being offered in conjunction with the new training programme, whereby five lucky travel agents each have the chance to win a £100 Amazon voucher when they complete the new Sandals and Beaches Resorts online training programme.
To be in with a chance of winning a £100 Amazon voucher, agents simply need to sign up and complete all the bite-sized modules of the new Sandals and Beaches online training programme before 30th June 2026.
Every agent who successfully completes the full training will receive a certificate, and will be automatically entered into a prize draw, with five winners selected in total.
One entry per travel agent is permitted. Winners will be contacted directly by their local Business Development Manager via the details used when they registered for the online training programme.
Agents can book Sandals and Beaches Resorts flight-inclusive package holidays for their clients through Unique Caribbean Holidays Ltd. (UCHL), the UK in-house tour operator for Sandals and Beaches Resorts. Package holidays booked with UCHL are financially protected by ATOL and ABTA.
Prices are guaranteed at the time of booking and can be secured with a deposit of £175 per person (exclusions apply).
