Azamara Cruises has announced that its latest ship, Azamara Onward, has made its maiden call to Easter Island during its World Cruise 2024.
This marked the cruise line’s first-ever call to the remote island, known for its mysterious moai statues and rich history.
Passengers aboard Azamara Onward were able to discover Easter Island’s volcanoes, lush grasslands and majestic moai statues – of which there are nearly 1,000 scattered throughout the island.
