Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have been named Travel Brand of the Year 2022 at this year’s Which? Travel Awards.
The award recognises brands that are “consistently offering outstanding products”, as well as helping households across the UK “make their money go further”.
It also recognizes the way that the companies have treated customers, both during the pandemic as well as now that international travel has reopened.
The winner is chosen after a rigorous process which includes research, testing and endorsements by Which? experts, as well feedback from thousands of Which? members and paying customers throughout the year.
This is the second time in five years that Jet2 and Jet2holidays have received the title “Travel Brand Of The Year”.
The awards ceremony took place at One Events in London and were hosted by Which? Chief Executive Anabel Hoult and June Sarpong.
In January, Which? Had also announced that Jet2.com would continue to be recognised with the prestigious Which? Recommended Provider status for Airlines.
The recognition came after the company received its highest-ever customer score despite another year dominated by the Covid-19 pandemic.
