Celebrity Cruises is set to return to South America in December 2023 and guests will be treated to incredible “bucket list” experiences aboard the luxurious Celebrity Eclipse.
The ship will head south of the equator and spend four months, December 2023 – April 2024, visiting 16 destinations offering a 14-night Antarctica cruise and a 12-night Argentina and Patagonia sailing.
Some destinations include Valpariso, Chile; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and even the tip of Antarctica. Cruisers can get up close to Chile’s Osorno Volcano, go whale watching on Argentina’s Playa El Doradillo, take part in a tango show or surf the beautiful beaches of Montevideo, Uruguay.
The ship’s 16-night repositioning cruise from Los Angeles to Chile includes two overnights in Lima, Peru, allowing plenty of time for guests to explore Machu Picchu.
The cruise line said in a statement: With eight destinations in six countries, and no more than two consecutive days at sea, these 16-day sailings will ensure guests will have one of the most memorable and exotic holidays ever.
Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, President and CEO of Celebrity Cruises said, “The power of travel expands our horizons, introduces us to other cultures, and opens us up to truly fulfilling experiences.
