If your guests are going on board with children, remind them that with such an intensive children’s programme, they can still make time for themselves and have some adult-only time, no matter what time of day.
For your guests cruising with no children, Disney Cruise Line may not be the first cruise line to come to mind for them. All of the Disney ships have restaurants that are exclusively for adults, Palo and Remy, which can be enjoyed at an additional cost.
Palo
Found on all four Disney ships, Palo offers 3 different dining services; Brunch, Dinner, and Dinner with Wine Pairings.
Your guests will be transported to the heart of Italy and can indulge in the finest Italian cooking. From artfully prepared antipasti to classic pasta dishes and freshly prepared specialties, all of which can be washed down with the finest of European wines and cocktails. Guests will have an incomparable dining experience, not forgetting the sweet ending of a culinary confection of freshly made desserts.
Remy
Found on the Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy is Remy. French-inspired with an art nouveau interior, adults can enjoy a romantic meal at what could be considered one of the finest dining experiences at sea. Chef Arnaud Lallement, recently named one of the world’s 10 best chefs, presents a dinner menu steeped in the rich legacy of epicurean excellence.
On cruises of 4 nights or longer, guests can endure 3 additional extraordinary dining experiences at Remy: Remy Champagne Brunch, Remy Dessert Experience, and Petites Assiettes de Remy.

- Top Tip for adults without children: Guests can take a break from the Rotational Dining Restaurants on board and embark on an exclusive and luxurious dining experience at Remy’s.
Recreation
Disney Cruise Lines adult-only areas feel so much more exclusive, they are not short of adult-only spaces and they tend to be quieter than other cruise lines. Disney Cruise Line excels at keeping adults-only areas clear of children.
Quiet Cove Pool
Quiet Cove Pool is one of the best spaces for adults to go and relax to enjoy the sun kid-free. They can grab a coffee from Cove Cafe or a delicious cocktail from Signals or Currents (ship dependent), both conveniently located next to Quiet Cove Pool and are exclusively for adults.
- Top Tip: At Quiet Cove Cafe, guests can ask for a rewards card and they’ll get every 6th coffee free.
Senses Spa & Salon
Providing tranquility, pure bliss, indulgent luxuries, and sweeping ocean views, Senses Spa & Salon treats adults to a full menu of luxurious spa treatments and services. Guests can indulge in massages, body wraps, hairstyling, manicures, and more.
The indulgent Rainforest Room is a state-of-the-art sauna room, combining steam, heat, hydro, and aromatherapy with heated mosaic tile lounge chairs overlooking the ocean, guests will no doubt feel relaxed in seconds.
- Top Tip: Couples can enjoy some quality treatment time together in the Luxury Spa Villas where they can relax in a personal hot tub and enjoy the views on their private verandah.
Entertainment
Beverage Tastings
Throughout the day, guests can sign up for exclusive adult-only classes, most of which do have an extra supplement charge.
Guests can find their inner Connoisseur and enjoy informative beverage tastings and seminars from chocolate and liqueur tastings to beer and wine seminars to mixology classes, there’s a choice for everyone.
After Hours
Across the fleet there are adult-only areas, bringing the night to life for adult guests with karaoke nights, adult comedy shows, live musical groups, or even game shows.
- Top Tip: Guests can enjoy a pre-or post-dinner drink at one of the adult-exclusive lounges onboard.
Castaway Cay
The adults-only experience doesn’t stop onboard with Disney Cruise Line, but it also extends to Disney’s Private Island, Castaway Cay. Serenity Bay is an exclusive activity area reserved for guests age 18 and older. Just a short tram ride away from the family beach, adult guests can relax and soak up the sun with a bar and BBQ

Disney Wish
Joining the fleet next summer (2022) is the highly anticipated Disney Wish, and Disney Cruise Line has raised the bar with the forthcoming adult spaces and activities which is no doubt going to excite your guests. Disney has not released the full details about their new experiences but here’s a look at some of the new adult-only features.
Palo Steakhouse
Combining authentic Italian cuisine with modern steakhouse fare, Disney Cruise Line has introduced a new take on their traditional Palo Restaurant and introduced a subtle theme centred around Cogsworth, from Beauty and the Beast. This sophisticated setting is the perfect place for adults to spend a romantic date night.
Enchante
Another addition to the Disney Wish is Enchante. Celebrating the subtle theme of Lumiere, guests will enjoy a gourmet menu, created by three-star Michelin Chef Arnaud Lallement.
Outdoor Oasis at Senses Spa
For the first time, Senses Spa will feature a dedicated outdoor relaxation space to provide adults with whirlpool spas, space for yoga sessions, and the first ice lounge along with guest-favourite elements, adults can relax and recharge in unique spaces.
Hook’s Barbery
A unique twist on a traditional European men’s salon, offering salon and barber services decked out in dark woods, handsome leather chairs, and ornate gold mirrors. But the ultimate toast to a pirate’s life is the hidden bar, a not-so-secret treasure trove of pre-Prohibition bourbons, vintage whisky, and more.
Top Tip: The Disney Wish is Disney Cruise Line’s first brand new ship in 10 years since the Disney Dream entered service in March 2012. Adult guests can be one of the first to experience the new adult features onboard the Disney Wish in Summer 2022.
