easyJet holidays has launched a new feedback survey for agents.
The success of last year’s survey saw Team Orange make several improvements – such as trade portal enhancements, the introduction of a live chat function, and more regular news and offer updates.

The company said the survey is an opportunity for agents to have their say on different touch points throughout the booking journey.
Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw where six lucky agents will win a £50 Lifestyle shopping voucher.

Save £100* on Sani and Ikos bookings

El Gouna FAM trip
easyJet holidays recently supported a group FAM trip to El Gouna, Red Sea, Egypt, with 12 UK agents, including Travel Counsellors, PTS, Hays Travel, Midcounties PTA and SB Luxury Travel.
The trip took place 24-28 November 2025 and was co-hosted by Visit El Gouna, Travel Gossip and easyJet holidays’ Trade Marketing Manager, Lauren Yems.
Attendees experienced downtown El Gouna, Abu Tig Marina, a sunset quad safari, and a private yacht trip to see dolphins and snorkel in the Red Sea.
They were lucky enough to stay at the Sheraton Miramar Resort and Steigenberger Golf Resort, and toured other hotels, including Casa Cook, Cook’s Club, and The Chedi, which is part of the easyJet holidays Luxury Collection.
The temperature was a balmy 26 degrees in late November, perfect for those chasing winter sun.
